Culinography: James Beard Awards 2011: Craig Deihl
In honor of the James Beard Awards being held tonight, I thought I’d post about Craig Deihl of Cypress Restaurant in Charleston, who is nominated for Best Chef (Southeast). I was certainly impressed by him when I had the great pleasure of attending and shooting his Angus Beef sponsored dinner at the JBF Pop-Up last week at Chelsea Market.
