STUFFED PORK CHOP NIGHT!
So had some friends over on Tuesday night and wanted to make something special and complicated (ish) — I had not cooked in a about a week and my Two Dudes, One Pan book had just arrived so I opted for the Stuffed Pork Chop Dish. Check it.
Table is set:
Onion / pancetta / ricotta / thyme mixture:
Chops smothered in homemade marinara sauce and baked to perfection:
Dinner is served with some gluten-free pasta and pan fried eggplants – mmmm:
*Samer is based in LA and is currently plowing through the Animal cookbook, Two Dudes, One Pan.

Food looks pretty good.
Can't get past that name though, Two Dudes, One Pan–reminds me too much of Two Girls One Cup. Yes, I am one of the tainted.
