Room 4 Dessert Cookbook

For the last several months, I have been working with Will Goldfarb (who worked with Ferran Adria at the much celebrated El Bulli restaurant in Spain) and his wonderful staff to produce a short cookbook, featuring about 12 of Will’s wildly innovative dishes from his dessert restaurant, Room 4 Dessert.

Below are 3 of my favorites: Tootsie Roll, Voyage to India, and Red. The Cookbook should be out this summer, and will probably be sold in the restaurant. If you’re in Soho and haven’t been to R4D, stroll on down to 17 Cleveland Place and see what all the hype is about!
